Search and Report Page

From SIM’s Search and Report page, you can search through all Projects and Incidents. These search results can be exported to a Microsoft Excel file and saved.

Each search option includes an advanced search feature that allows you to narrow your choices down even further.

Quotes and Invoices

SIM allows you to manage your company’s quotes, purchase orders, and invoices all in the same web application that is tracking your company’s time. SIM offers a fully functional Accounts Receivable module that is used to provide service and product quotes to end customers or clients, generate POs for issuance to vendors, and generate invoices that provide a birds-eye view to your customers via their own dashboard within SIM.

SIM allows you to issue quotes to those in your network, and, then, monitor the status of those quotes. Once a quote is approved, it will automatically be changed to a Purchase Order. You can generate an Invoice in SIM from scratch, from a Purchase Order, or from a Quote.
